March 31st through April 2nd, 2022, Florence Food and Wine is a celebration of local and award-winning chefs and boutique wines that also doubles as a fundraising event for the local nonprofit Help4Kids. Victors has a vested interest in community outreach and a commitment to a greater Florence. This year’s festival will feature three Victors members: Pastry Chef Betsy Biggs, Chef and General Manager Cooper Thomas, Chef Shelby Tumbleson. Florence Food and Wine is an exhibition of talent in our region. The three chefs are excited to showcase their best work.

Thursday, March 31st is “Meat and Meander” the first day will be grill themed, an outdoor event Victors will have a carving station. Friday, April 1st is “Sip and Savor” 12 local businesses will partner with one of the 19 chefs and together they will have selected a wine chosen by sommeliers working with the event. Victors will be hosting the VIP lounge on their patio; it will feature special Hors d'oeuvres and appetizers designed by Chef Cooper for VIP ticket holders to enjoy Friday evening. Saturday, April 2nd is Market Brunch at City Center. Pastry Chef Betsy will be creating fluffy mini pastries; to include petite cinnamon buns and other bite sized morsels. Saturday Evening is the Final Pour to be held on the lawn of the Performing Arts Center. It is a multi-course dinner; Victors’ Chef Shelby has the honor of preparing the entrée. The meal will be paired with a beverage from this years featured boutique winery.

This is an exciting time for Victors to put forward the best of Food and Wine. The aim is to create a buzz that will entertain and inspire Florentines and visitors.
